My local Fiat garage in N Devon have just done the first service on my 1.4 GP

They are struggling to find how to cure the intermittant fault with my headlights switch. Every now and then when you swich from low to high beam or vica versa, the indicators come on for 3 or 4 flashes. Very confusing for the driver behind.

They feel its proabably to do with the computer overtaking/flashing/indicator setup but can't find a way of isolating anything to switch off. Contact with Fiat Technical has been disrupted.

Any of you techie whizzards got any ideas or advice please?

isn't there an update for that, because when peoples indicators where self cancelling they flicked the opposite way and triggered the overtaking 3 flash thing ( I think).

It does indeed seem to be that same fix
They have installed the update and the whole lighing switch seems less "twitchy" now
Let's hope it cures it long-term
