Just noticed the paint on the inside of my 06 Grande Punto has blistered and started to flake off exposing corrosion. Took it to Lipscombs though it would be ok as covered by the 6 yr anti corrosion warranty, it has come back that because it has not perferated from the inside out Lipscombs have said that it is not covered, they put a goodwill claim in which has been rejected. I consider it to unacceptable for the paint work to corrode or flake within 6 yrs. What are my options now, do I pay for independent report and then take Fiat to court? Would appreciate your thoughts, has anyone experienced this?
