Safety springs to mind. Its only the same as checking oil/coolant/tyre wear etc.
I personally check mine whenever I wash the car, but admittedly not before every trip.

oh yeah, i have a check every now and then when i check the regular stuff, but not in the habit of doin it is what i meant.

Er because your meant to, and for the very reason you have pikeys that take them out for a laugh or to steal your wheels.
i do am always tellin him to p**s off i work with 8 other guys and they all say that if he got reported for some of the jobs on the side he does at home he gives mechanics a bad name :bang:

Only problem with that is, you will have two wheel nut keys to not lose! lol

Or you just request a set of locking nuts from fiat that are the same as your current ones?
