is the abarth's engine exactly the same as the t jets engine bar the turbo?
if so would a remap be needed to cope with the abarth turbo?
in other words is there any dangers or can any harm be done to the car from just changing the turbo? also what benefits can be gained e.g. 0-60 time and top speed?

As i understand, yes, the standard abarth engine only differs to the tjet in the turbo and the ecu map. A remap would be sensible, as without, the engine may run a little lean and why wouldnt you make the most of the new turbo:slayer: Benifits wise i will leave to somebody who has done the conversion allready but with simular power figures to the 'abarth essesse' id guess simular

Cams are different. With just an abarth turbo and no other mods then you will see about 170bhp. To get more you need exhaust, induction and intercooler.

Also the Injecters are different.
