If anyone knows i was going to sell the car before this happened, but now its happened and i have spent on the uprated kit i'm defiantly gonna finish her.

Next few weeks is gonna be kw coilovers spec 2 with HLS kit. Then brakes either abarth or tarox and then LSD. :devil:

Re the Quaife. I noticed the GP and the 147 had the same part nuimber which got me thinking that if they are the same gearbox the Alfa Q2 diff might fit.

Some weeks ago I went to Autlusso Alfa speacialist to check it out. Unfortunately it is a diiferent gearbox, probably a GM unit. Shame as it would have been a chaeper alternative.

When I picked up my alloys the guy said a 147 LSD fits the GP.

cheers will defiantly have to look into something like that get the costs down a bit.

Unless you have a different gearbox to mine (Mjet GPS) the Alfa Q2 unit will not fit.

We had my car on the ramps ready to fit the Q2. It would not fit.

It was obvious just holding up the diff to the gearbox and these guys fit the Q2 daily to Alfas. We were also lulled into thinking it would as they had fitted one to a Stilo.

I came away dissapointed I can assure you, but £600 to spend on something else!

Shame we share our running gear with a VXR Astra. Have you thought about looking into what the Astra owners fit?

Just get an Astra VXR Quaife LSD.

I noticed the website was closed, mmm I would ask for my money back and wait for the cure.

Im getting a full refund. what do you guys think i should do as a different option to the kit.

I was thinking of getting the parts form fiat as a re-con swap, then getting the turbo hybrided and then the turbo and manifold ceramic coated

Definaly looks like hes lying to me Anyway its probually good you cancelled the order you don't what to get that guys disease aswel lol

on a more serious note, i cant see it being fraud because they offered a refund ( providing they give it) but id definitely get a refund for now

Can anyone get us a quote on the standard turbo and manifold. i have tired ring my local dealer and they never answer the phone. the garage my car at still havent got me a quote on the parts either and its been to days, and i can't find any websites with the parts :bang:

any help would be very grateful

BTN turbo quote that the turbo is available as "new only", at a price of £803. Not sure if it includes the manifold.....

Cracked Manifold in 2 places, looks to me like expansion contraction cracking due to the defferential expansion between outlet ports - i.e 5hit design!.

any one know my options for this? otherwise its getting welded short term and sold as fiat want £1500 for turbo manifold and £500 for re-con one
