Washed my car today, when i was doing the screen i noticed lots and lots of really tiny imperfections on the glass. They look like millions of really tiny stone chips if you know what i mean? I have used AG glass polish and fast glass but the are still there. Do you think the icy conditions lately have damaged the surface of the glass??

Maybe they look like stone chips because they are? AG glass polish and fast glass are just cleaners so if they are little chips they wont do anything.

I have changed the windscreen once due to a crack.
I also seem to get hit by stones on a daily basis when travelling the M4 so have many small spots - not much you can do about it:(

Right, had a good look today my windscreen is covered in millions of tiny tiny chips. Cant be down to stones themselves because there is far to many and to small plus the car is only 6 months old. I do believe its down to extreme cold weather thats damaged the screen. Will be taking it to the dealers for them to tell me there nothing wrong lol
