Brake Pad Sensor?

Hi, Whilst lowering my car i noticed that the brake pad sensor on both sides of the car had been cut. Now, is a fiat only part or may anyone know where i can source one from?. And are they a pain in neck to fit, does anybody know. Thanks John.

Re: Brake Pad Sensor?

I didn't think they had brake pad sensors.... I've replaced all the pads on mine and never had a warning light to tell me to.

Yeah they have got them, Mine have been cut for a while i think cos someone had attempted to stick them back together, but failed. Thats the reason why my light didnt flash when i had no pad left.

Re: Brake Pad Sensor?

the pad wear indicator is mounted to the calliper

the wires in the arch are likely to be to the ABS wheel rotation sensors
