went down to red-dot today, to have my map checked,as had a new turbo and egr under warranty, and wanted to make sure its not been affected etc.

came out on rollers at 194.2bhp 328ft/lb torque(fly)

paolo said that a 0.6bhp loss in a year is perfectly acceptable.

oh and while i was there, he showed me there new diagnostic equipment, looks like an "ipad", and is apparently more powerful than fiats examiner, in that it can do things fiat cant!?

had my seat belt buzzer disabled from body comp, and no, not so i can leave my seatbelt off, but so i can have things on my passenger seat without it beeping at me.

oh, and does this sound good...

did the trip(484miles) on one full tank, averaged 53.3mpg!

What hapened to the first turbo...didn't think there was any problems with later GPS'?

Nothing happened to it as such, it just became quite noisy after my turbo hose split and egr failed. So they stuck a new one on.

Cool.... They didn't realise you had a remap then? Although I don't suppose the root cause of the hose splitting is releated to the different fuel map, just good old Fiat engineering.
