is it true that if you remove you battery or it goes dead for over 1 hour it flashed/remove the Map...i recently had to reset my b&m system and i removed the - and + for abiut an hout and a half,

do i need to worru about the mapp or not?

no shouldnt do, ive had mine of for over an hour fitting gsr before maps still there.

no the map is seperate to the self learning part of ECU

thanks dave...i just finished removing & cleaning my gsr u fitted for me....
i remember peter saying it didnt need clamping but its been causing a rattling noise that has been driving me crazy!!! just sorted it out tho with a few heavy duty cable ties.
