I have a 56 plate GP sporting with B&M is there any way I can get an aux in to my car? I don't mind loosing the USB input but would rather keep the Bluetooth. Any ideas anyone?

Same here, but mines series 2 58 plate, however I'd like to keep both - I want to get a Pure Highway DAB radio but wire it in AUX rather than using the FM transmitter. And as it gets its 5v power through the mini USB socket I'm wondering if it would be possible to power this from the additonal USB in the glovebox, as it doesnt actually need all 5v as it can run from 2x1.5v AA batteries too...

I recently bought this lead:

Works perfect, just pop your head unit out and plug it in to the pins on the back left of the unit (thats where it is on mine) then feed it down the back into the cup holder.

If it helps i have a '56 plate 1.2 GP, as long as when you scroll through the sources theres an AUX option then this should work :)

absolute bargain, works perfect :)

Looking at the cable and pics on your link and after reading loads of bit and pieces all over this forum I conclude that my radio does not have the aux function. If you look at the diagram bellow, there are no pins where that yellow plug goes.

This is so sad, my only option is one of those crappy fm transmitters. Don't want to change th HU because I love the controls on the steering wheel.
