hi guys just interested to know if anyone has bother to do engin mods on a 1.4 8v vvt gp ? if so what break did you get it up to ?

and before anyone says it is pointles please let me point two things out

1. that is a point of view not fact
2. i am stuck with my car, im not lucky enough to have a tjet etc so please take pitty lol.

this is just out of interest and i would like to know what you have done. because i am thinking about modding mine.

Just put a GSR on it thats about it. Think you can remap but not sure.

yeah GSR and a map should see you to about 100bhp...

on mine, my car used to be a tad slower than a 1.2 corsa, whereas after i fitted the GSR, it was slightly quicker. Made a cool noise aswell

actually u could i tried couple of these i went about 3 scnds in my 0-100 i get in 10.7 rather than lazy 13.2 wen i was stock actually all i did was a flexible induction kit & big air filter directed like the GSR it costed much less & still gr8 performance & also had a larger exhaust as our cars are having a very restrictive exhaust (Y) still lowering it a bit could benefit you with downforce you could go extra by loosing weight puting it on diet @ least don't put extra stuff in the hatch
