i know that but mine isnt wired to the ignition i remeber him telling me and plus it doesnt turn off with the ignition, but i take it out, but i guess the amps and that are still on?
 
Yeah they dont, its Fiats for you. It will be wired to the remote on the HU. When you turn the HU off the amps will go off. Its not hard to find out anyway. When you turn your car and HU off open the boot and have a look at the amps. If there are lights on them then they are getting power, if the lights arent on then they arent getting power.

Ive noticed my power cap has lights when i go in the boot but ill have to check tha tbh m8 when i get chance
