the engine will take a bigger turbo, but how big a turbo are you planning on fitting?
He says that he needs any technical info about the pistons, rods, any crucial engine component in general in order to withstand a bigger pressure (ie new bigger turbo)

Unfortunately haven't heard of anyone tuning the 1.3...
And generally all the mjets here are just remapped..
have a look at my previous posts, i wanted to tune my 1.3, but the 1.3 is limited wth its ecu. i think it was tris recomended a corsa 1.7 diesel turbo. a remap can be done, but it wioll only add at maximum 25bhp. tmc do a tuning kit, which is 115 pounds that had good reviews, im considering it for after christmas.

The word 'tolerance' might be more appropriate than pressure, methinks.
It is to my understanding that Bilakoss has realised he cannot remap the 1.3JTD, hence he wants to fit a larger turbo, all he needs to know is what sort of tolerances will peripheral components take, should he go ahead. For example, if he fits a larger turbo, will the pistons cope? Will the gearbox take the extra torque, and if so, how many lb/ft (or Nm, lol) will it take before going bang? If he replaces the turbo, what sort of extra work will the car need in order to take the extra power in a reliable manner?
I feel only an engineer from Fiat or somebody who's very knowledgeable about the 1.3JTD engine will be able to give some advice here, although my advice to Bilakoss is to simply sell his 1.3 and buy the 1.6JTD or the 1.9JTD if he is not that bothered with the mpg difference.

Το δικό μου 1.9JTD καταναλώνει από 5,5 έως και 6,5 λίτρα ανά 100χλμ, εκτός αν διανύω μικρές αποστάσεις εντός πόλης, οπότε και η κατανάλωση εκτοξεύεται στα 7 λίτρα ανά 100χλμ. Ελπίζω πάντως κάποιος στο φόρουμ να γνωρίζει τις ανοχές των εξαρτημάτων της μηχανής και να μας ενημερώσει σύντομα. Στο μεταξύ, γράψε μας τί τούρμπο θέλεις να περάσεις στο Πούντο σου, ούτως ώστε να μιλάμε με συγκεκριμμένα στοιχεία και όχι με εικασίες.
Ελπίζω να σε βοήθησα κάπως...
