hey guys hope someone can help

In the drivers side passenger foot well the trim where i can rest my foot has pushed back and the vent grille type trim now sticks out, i think i have broken one of the clips that hold it in but i cant be sure of it. I just wondered if there was anyway of fixing it or if it is possible to buy a new trim piece if so how much would it cost?

thanks

i think its called the dashboard (centre console) side panel if it helps

Cheers guys I shall check it out tomorrow.
The vent gets caught on my trousers too, what glue can I use to hold it down?

If neither works and I have broken thr clips how much would I be looking at to replace the trim?

cheers I am now going to try and find my tools and have a go

cheers for your help guys ive taken it off and looks like to of the clips are knackered so im going to buy a new piece of trim

mine played up for quite a while, pants kept getting caute etc, and i ended up pulling it out with no effort what so ever, asif it was just leaning up against where it was supposed to be secure. Warranty should cover this?

I'm not sure if it is or not because it's 2 years old in november

My wife had this break on her new Grande Punto, it was replaced under warranty so not sure what it cost :(

It appears to be a common problem on RHD cars

any one know where to source just the metal clip for this trim piece? one of mine has broken!!
