how much is it for sale for?

1.4 t- jet petrol

£7K tops if its in VGC with FSH i'd say. Possibly more if its got extras like climate, leather, sky dome etc.

6500 he wants for it but it does have 41k on the clock and is a petrol

Oh well because its a petrol i wouldnt pay more than £1500. Seriously what does that matter?

I wasn't to sure if he was asking to much with it having 41k on the clock for a 57 plate that's all mate

41k is nothing mate really. if its been serviced on time then its a decent price! Offer him £6200. have a good look over it and check tyres and brakes!

Just had a look now on my way home it's got a scratch down the full side of the car which he states has just happened and it looks fresh so I've offered him 5500 so he's accepted it so left a deposit and I've hpi it and it's all good. tyres have 5-6 on back and 8 mm on the back I'm well chuffed

Depends what you class as good and how you drive.

i get 34-42 mpg depending on what i feel like

Where as i dont see more than 30 on a 50mile round trip on A and B roads but then mines not standard.

Yeh but yours was a friday afternoon car. Came with an on/off switch instead of an accellerator !
