Having just got my car back from a service i've found out that not only is the gearbox leaking oil but the clutch is going out 'sooner rather than later'.

The mechanic i use is someone we have used for years so i know hes not gonna screw me or anything and he is just waiting to hear back on the total cost of parts needed to replace the clutch.

The car is a 1.3 (90) 2006(56) with 49k miles.

Looking on shop 4 parts I found this part which is pretty much the same price he was given for the part but the guy he uses wasnt 100% sure if there was a seperate flywheel needed or whether that part number contains everything needed. Any advice?

Your mechanic needs to establish if the gearbox oil leak has contaminated the clutch first IMO.
I am fairly sure the 1.3 MJet has a dual mass flywheel so that wont be cheap if it needs replacing, I think if the clutch plate is contaminated you MAY get away with a new friction plate & thrust bearing (while the box is off) and maybe a good clean up of the DMF.

Good luck!
