Technical Climate Control Problem

Hi I just purchased a grande punto 1.2 active. When I got it the climate control knob to change the setting of where the air goes i.e windscreen, in car was working but it was stiff to get it into the windscreen mode.
Now when I try to change the settings it goes round but will not change mode it is stuck in windscreen mode.
Any ideas what is wrong and would fiat repair under warranty?

Unless your warranty is only a couple of weeks long I would imagine so. Phone the dealers, tell them and get it booked in.

i assume you mean heating control - climate control are different and don't have knobs for setting air direction...


Probably the cable behind the control has come off.
