Help! Bought a Grande brand new, 56 reg. 3 months after I bought it, it kept cutting out when I was slowing down / coming to a stop. Was in and out of the garage a few times before the ECU was replaced. Was fine for 6 months then it happened again. Back and forwards to the garage again until the fault was put down to the rev sensor, this was replaced. Has been fine since Oct 07 but has been cutting out again. Took it back to the garage and the control unit was updated with new software! Was fine for 2 days and its cutting out again. Once the revs drop to 500, they drop to zero and the car just dies. :bang: Anyone else had this problem or any idea what is causing it. Any advice greatly appreciated.

mmmmmm, first place I would look is build up of gunge in the vapour pipe spilling into air cleaner and throttle body.
(lift up air cleaner box to see, 2 x 10mm bolts)

you reffering to the throttle body and 2 breather pipes on the back of the air box T if you are i'll make a guide
