How do people find the gears for 0-60? do you need first + second + third, or just first + second?

much rev's left over in second (if it does do 60 in second)

Thought as much... bit lame, good job there so close!

it's generally better to get into the higher gear (ie shorter ratios) as you may lose a bit on your 0-60 time, but it means that you will usually overtake a slightly faster 0-60 car that does it in 2nd gear once you go above 60 mph.
