Is anyone tried that? I am thinking using 1.9jtd maf sensor to my 1.3 multijet.

Do you mean swapping a 1.9jtd MAF with your 1.3 Multijet MAF in order to gain performance? If so it wont gain you anything. It will still just measure the same amount of air flow/ air temp as the standard 1.3 MAF.
