hey eveyone, just bought a set of second hand alloys/tyres in great nick for my grande punto. The front right alloy had been kerbed slightly so i decided to put it on the back left having the nicer alloys on the front and on the driver side. I then realised that the tyres are a-symetrical, so two of the tyres are now rolling in the opposite direction in which it says to put them. Is this dangerous?

The tyres are Durun sport ones

i have decided to wait until its been lowered before i post pics up cause it looks like a jeep atm.

It needs changing mate! the main reason is to get rid of water properly but directional tyres must rotate the correct way full stop

I did this by accident when I took all of my alloys off for refurb, but like chris says: you'll be chucking water infront of your tyres instead of behind them

It is also an MOT fail if the tyres are pointing the wrong way.

I was imagining someone going to an MOT centre and someone failing for something so simple as this

yeah even I would change them so they were the right way
