hello everyone!!!
can somebody tell me if turbo from fiat bravo (150hp)its same one mounted on the punto abarth (150 hp), and if so, can this be mounted on the fiat punto t jet 1.4 tjet (120hp)?
I own a punto 1.4 t jet (120hp) but in Mexico there was no Importations for the abarth only for the Bravo and I want to know if i can buy the turbo from the bravo and mount it on my punto is that possible?

yep, same turbo, different internals. fits straight onto the manifold and downpipe and all coolant, lubricant fittings.

They are the same from what i know

Will run fine on the standard mapping aswell. Expect about 160bhp.

well maybe its a bad ida to be bolting on a turbo that hasnt been proven to of been mapped yet, and the de-cat.

plus your a motorsport mechanic, and im also sure your master mapper friend will be able to sort it for you.

no its not my de cat because the cats on it now and its boosts up to just under 20psi with the abarth turbo then the boost limiter cuts i have videos to prove it all

finally someone decent to speak to (oldschool) did your t-jet limit the boost when you first put the turbo on??

I thought you were a master motorsport mechanic with a mate that was a master mapper so why dont you just get him to sort it? Oh because you are chatting sh!te!

20psi? seriously, its guna go bang. uprated anything else to go with it, fueling etc?

mate youve done everything wrong. if peter and the guys at red dot havnt got it spot on yet you dont have a hope in hell.

and just to add, if you speak to ragazon about there de-cat section, its designed to either be used as a motorsport appliction (i.e with standalone management so post lambda wont be a problem) or with there relocated sports cat section which comes with an extended post lambda wiring kit.
