Ok i've tried to post up a couple of pics with both connectors. Have read on other posts that people have had to cut the lugs off to get the plug on the right way round behind the engine. Did you have this prob. Gonna give it another go tomorrow as i lost the fight with light!!!! Thanks

where it say's 1.599,00€ it means quantity. The price direct from abrieb is 599,00€ but i paid £60

didnt wanna post up my e-mail. Haven't used this site much and not tried the 'forum gallery'. Afraid i aint to good with computers and tech stuff. probably why i'm struggling with my chip lol!!!!!!!!!

Maybe because you can unplug it whenever you want and you can sell it anytime to someone else.

Your never going to make your money back on it and you have to have someone with the same car as you that wants one.

With the price of the euro it would be stupid to buy one at this price when they are available on ebay. You can buy direct from DTUK for £200.

Of coarse you will make your money back it just depends on the price you pay to start with.

I only paid £60 and it saves me around £10 a week on fuel.
I dont take a genius to work it out!!

jmcand, is that the red system you got on from DTUK?I emailed them and they telled me that the best one for my car is the red one.

You dont because you don't know anything about tuning chip's. Like i said it works i the same way as a remap and is fundamentaly designed to save fuel.

The fuel saving capabilities of the chip is the main reason i use it not to mention the extra 20-30bhp and 60nm of increased torque.

The other reason is that if i decide to buy onther M-Jet tomorrow i can use the chip on there as well thus saving me the cost of another remap.

There may not be many people who use them on this site but you only have to look on other forums such as VXon to see they are widely used buy diesel owners.

No i've got the green chip it's the best one for economy.

The red one is for maximum power and will give around 5bhp more than the green chip but fuel economy will be compromised over the green chip.

why do the chips make less power than re maps then, mos mapped M-Jets make between 180 and 190 dont they yet yours is 150

Im not trying to stop anyone posting their views, please show me where i am doing that. Yes i am saying that imo and plenty of other peoples remaps are so much more superior to a tuning box. Yes they cant be sold on but hardly the end of the world. Go to a tuner that knows what they are doing and you will see a massive difference between a live map and a tuning box from have read when people have gone from tuning boxes to a live map.
