Hi,

Im looking to some more mods to my car. As im at college I dont have a large income so cannot afford to do big mods atm like Alloy changes etc. Is there any mods anyone would reccomend for a cheap price. I have done my front grille and vinyl, and just bought some legal Xenon laser blue headlamp bulbs.

I have looked for previous threads but looking for some more specific answers

Thanks for your help (y)

Nice I like,

I ve seen these on the forum but not really looked into it as I thought it would be expensive.

£19 thats gud price is there any modifications to be done with the splitter? as its from a seat leon cupra R. Also is it the new Leon or the previous model?

Thanks (y)

Very nice I will be giving this ago.

Is there anything else that I could mod? Cheaply

Hi, I can think of a few mods for ya. But these be to my own taste so its up to you to descriminate:)

Red hammeritte metal paint front brake calipers. £6
Tint rear lights ( all 5 rear lights) with black lacquer £8
Chrome dust caps. £1 (mine lasted 1 night:mad:)
Internal neons (cathode cold fusion ones) ebay 4 tubes £15
Chrome tail pipe £10
Debadge rear except for Fiat badge which can be changed to Abarth for £20.
Resin dome Abarth badges to replace rear pannel badge £8.99
Spray front light inners black ( not the main circlure reflecter cone thing, use you judgment) £7
Piggy back additional speakers to the stereo. £ cost of speakers and some wire.

Hope this helps although cheap if you take time and do the mod right they look good.

Tips:
dont put to muck lacquer on rear lights
Two coats on disk calipers
Dont do rear drums in anything other than black
Rear speakers 6X9s go well in parcel shelf (no vibration noise)

I've done most of these 2 my car 1steamon1 in the garage if you want 2 look.
Have fun...:):):)

audi style running lights? pick up a pair for £20 and you can put them wherever you want rli

:bang:

Audi running lights - lexarse lights of 08/09
6x9's crap and not needed in a system. Get good front comps and amp them
Abarth badges, its a fecking 1.2. There is nothing abarth on it.

cba to write responses to the rest. Only thing i would consider doing is tinting rear lights.

Tinting rear lights, do you tint the inside or outside of the lights?? Sorry just considering that at the moment, just pained my brake calipers red on white Team Dynamic Motorsport alloys does look pretty mint! What black stuff do you get black laquer like any black laquer or specific and where from? Cool

You tint outside of the lights with a few light coats of black lacquer purchased mine from AFL motor stores but you can probably get it most places that sell car mod stuff. 6x9s sound good and usually have tweeters for high treble and play decent base depending on head units power and the qualiy of the 6x9.(y)
