alltho the passenger side will lock
the driver side wont lock or even open from the inside
iv tryed the key and still it will not lock :\

any ideas?
i rang fiat and they said they can get it in on the 27th of next month!, hellooooo the door will not lock!

A very simple & well known problem . You can fix it now but it will continue to recur & ultimately needs a new lock assembly. It is a design fault. Usually the door WILL open after retracting the window & reaching out to the outside handle. Open the door & look into the lock mechanism in the door shut. Use a tiny screwdriver (possibly two) to prise a small bit of "piano wire" upwards & over the door catch. You will know what I mean when you look at it. A well documented GP problem & if your car is under warranty, Fiat will replace the door lock FOC. It's happened to me & your repair is only temporary & WILL re-occur. Trust me.
