Im not really sure why this thread was reopened, its just continuing a string of attacks and abuse, it was locked and nothing good or productive has come from it being re-opened. Please re-lock this pointless and offensive thread.

It was locked while being cleaned then reopened, there are enough posts about mods closing threads & not letting them run their course, now you complain because it should be locked:confused:

Because its harder to read properly. You have capitalized first letters to denote proper names, and sentence starts. If you put them in every word, then you have very bad grammar.

Therefore, you are a retard. If i was a mod i would ban you.

:)

Tut...tut....

The Barnhart Dictionary of Etymology (Wilson, 1988, ISBN
0-8242-0745-9) says: "~I~ pron. 1137 i; later I (about 1250,
in The Story of Genesis and Exodus); developed from the unstressed
form of Old English (about 725) ic singular pronoun of the first
person (nominative case). Modern and Middle English I developed
from earlier i in the stressed position. I came to be written
with a capital letter thereby making it a distinct word and avoiding
misreading handwritten manuscripts. In the northern and midland
dialects of England the capitalized form I appeared about 1250.
In the south of England, where Old English ic early shifted in
pronunciation to ich (by palatalization), the form I did not
become established until the 1700's (although it appears
sporadically before that time).

So therefore "I" should actually be capitalized, so your grammar isn't so hot either fella... :)

WOW ive just read that thread after waking up, time to go to bed again.

Their was a time when we were all younger and wanted to push our cars to see what we could achieve, I see it all the time in the job I do, working for her majesty! but seriously, 140mph, on UK roads is just damn dangerous, not worth it at all. No wonder the car went pop.

My turbo was replaced, but mine is not re-mapped, its not at all thrashed with a full Fiat FSH in show room condition. Its covered 16 500 miles, and my seals were leaking so it was replaced.

Wow, I think we should start a thread about grammar, what do you guys think? :p

Yes! Im tired after reading all that!

My turbo was replaced at 15 000 miles because the seals had gone. My car is not thrashed, FSH in show room condition. I didnt even know it needed doing until the dealer pointed it out.

140 on UK roads is a joke in the hands of someone incapable of controlling it at that speed. Lets just hope that if he is to lose it when proving it again, its not my family, or any one elses family on here that he hits.

Got to be careful posting things like that as you dont know who on this forum works for her majesty's pleasure...... quite easy to trace stuff like that, and people have been convicted for you tube videos.

Sorry but what an utter f*cker. If that video is filmed on a motorway, then you deserve to be locked up. Sitting at that speed (probably true 130ish) for that amount of time is truely f*cking stupid. (n) Well done.

I'm new to all this, just got my Grande Punto 1.4 8v last week and been looking up on every possible mod lol, anyone know if theres a turbo I could get for it? Looking to push the 100 bhp barrier but a re map and gsr induction kit wont quite cut it, any tips?

well the thread has "turbo" in the title, so i can see why you would choose this ancient thread about a totally different engine and problem, to post your inane hopes and dreams.

f'n lol

erm, not worth the outlay to turbo the 1.4 8v for the gains you would achieve, be cheaper to sell up and get a t/m jet. mild tuning is available for that car like induction, remap but all are only small gains. best to spend money making it look nice imo
