Hello all,
basically i got an 07 plate GP for christmas. its only done 12500 miles. there are a few problems on it and im just wondering if they are covererd by my warranty.Ive recently recieved a letter for a recall for the heating wiring. The problems are the horn taking quite a bit of effort to work. the soundproofing is coming away as the plastic washers seem to have fallen off and one of the lights behid the temprature switchy thing has gone. pretty annoying considering ive only had the car for just over two months.

Take it back, simple. Im sure it will be covered. The recall was common to the 07+ vehicles iirc. The soundproofing should be a 5 minute job if the garage had the plastic washers in stock. The lights behind the centre console seem to be tempremental. Some people just give it a tap and it comes back on. But see your local Fiat dealer. T will know the ins and outs of the warranty... after all he is the warranty bible on legs!

hi i got an 07 GP 1.2 active in feb, my horn takes quite a bit of working too make a sound like pressing it hard, just wondering why it does that??

help anyone?

right better crack on and get intouch with my nearest dealer im into the 2nd month of a 3month warrenty from where i got my car from

Mate, I've had mine (8V engine though) for almost 3 yrs now.
Learn to live with tiny interior faults, they're gonna come back sooner or later, no matter what you do. :]
Apart from those, two of you (you and your car) are gonna have some great times together. :] It is a bit underpowered, but I was actually amazed how it utilises it's 65 horsepower... Also a bit of a gas guzzler compared to car's class/size, but that's also to blame on not too powerfull engine... Really requires heavy foot.

Oh, yes, I also DESTROYED front tires in about a year or so...
Got mine with Bridgestones... Those suck... They're just... plastic...

All the best!

With the 1.2 GP, keeping the engine in 3rd at 30mph is ALOT more econmical than having it in 4th.

I had the same problem with the horn. It so annoying when people just ran across the road from no way and the horn is my way of expressing my anger to them.
I had mine fixed during the 1st service. So just book it in with dealer.
