Styling 1.2 gp black trim/side trim

i want to remove the black strips that are on the car. what is the best method to do this. i know its just glue but dont want to have marks or glue left showing as i am trying to do it without wasting to much ime they are crap. dont see the use of them.

any help will be much appreciated

Use a credit card (or something similar!) to get underneath one of the ends and just peel it off. Might be an idea to use a hairdryer to soften the glue, this might help it all come off.

I just pulled mine off without a hairdryer and there were no marks left

Heat them up first with a hairdryer or you can take your paint with them.

ideally warm them then dribble a bit of autoglym tar and glue remover in too to soften the glue up even more

cool. will go buy some of that before i attempt it. what about a boiling kettle of water? mums got a crap hair dryer and my gf is a freak when it comes to using her hair dryer for other than drying your hair

No dont use boiling water

Boiling water and paint dont go together very well. You can try warm water but not boiling. Water wont be as effective as a hairdryer/heatgun though.
