Bit confusing title sorry, Basically i want to run some wires from the battery into the cabin, has anyone done this? are there any easy gromets to use or conveniant openings? i want it neat and tidy. Thanks

I brought my cables through the bulk head.

Open the bonnet and in the top right you will have to take off the plastic trim. Then got to give it a good push through. IIRC I put a little slit (smaller than the cable/s) in the gromet and pushed them through that. Water tight...

Luckily I have my car with me at work....so will try take some pics at lunch if you want?

Grommit is ****ing huge on the GP. As said just unscrew the plastic bit and you cant miss it. It has aload of other wires going into it aswell. Need to put a slit in the side that is in the car and then the wires come out behind the glove box.

Make sure you give yourself enough room though because I didn't fully undo the plastic bit and it was a real pain in the arse!

Whats it for? You could put it into passenger side take out stereo pull the wire through the centre console then into drivers footwell. That would be the easiest way of doing it unless you fancy pulling the dash out.

Sorry I didnt get chance to post them pics, busy at work. Just bring it through the passanger side, up the back and down the side of the glove box. Then you can feed it down behind the HU and there is a hole at the bottom of the steering wheel trim. Then you can run it anywhere you want. I have a USB running through the hole, bigger than you think. I got a pair of pliers in to grab it :O
