My 1.4 T-Jet has a high pitched sound at idle, is this normal? Anyone have this?

I've noticed that when your first turn on the ignition (without starting) it makes this noise on mine. Not sure if its normal though.

My alt belt wines sometimes thats about it.

Is it not the fan for the interior heater, mine has a whine to it, you can hear it more when you switch off as it powers down.

My M-Jet 1.3 has this sound also. As long as I hear it from the back, I suppose it's from the fuel pump in the fuel tank. This sound was always in the car, from the beginning. You can hear it only when the engine is not running. When you start the engine this sound is masked by the engine sound.
