Took my car to dealer today, paint on my doors both sides is mottled and has white patches, should be hearing from desira bdy shop about gettin doors front wings and back quarter panels re-sprayed...any1 else had this?

Pics?I got those stripes on mine about 2 weeks ago, looks really good
they are pressed plates in french font, thats the closest you can get to "true" british font
they are completly plain no badges no border, no one will suspect a thing
Whats the point in them? You might aswell of just got UK font on pressed plates.

Taking it on it's first proper drive, that's what!
Only picked it up on Friday afternoon, and am going up the M1 to show it off to my sis and family in Leeds.

Give me an hour, havnt had chance to take any, with going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark
cleanin the car as it's trashed and then driving it up to liverpool to work...pointless but there we go!

As it turns out I spent today repairing the fog light and trim strips on my mother in law's car after she reversed into a bollard.
And she never washes the car so the wheel arch and underside of the bumper was caked in mud
Looks presentable again now though, made up some new clipc fo the lamp, glued the trim stip back in and t-cutted all the yellow bollard paint off.
Not too bad if I say so myself.

lol I did this:
Good trick for the interior is to use a pintbrush and follow along with the vacuum nozzle behind it and brush the dust into the nozzle.

i washed waxed and polished it last week and had quite a few things i could have done today but i really couldnt be bothered

Slate bit on bottom right is neighbours drive, paved bit is mother in laws drive.
Rest is side road that dead ends at their house.
Would wash it at mine but I stay in a flat and have to park 80 ft from my abode
Will still be cleaner than if you hadn't washed it
lol that's true...only slightly though!

hopefully i will finally fit my purple footwell leds and purple bootlight, paint my drums black and calipers purple.

Where did you get the chrome ones and how much? Was it difficult to remove the old miiror covers?
