Re: Upgrade Bulbs

If they are as good as you reckon I will just keep them, won't find out until i fit them
might just be tempted to buy another pack to keep for emergencies, cannot go wrong @ four quid a pair.

Cheers for the info m8. Picked up a couple of +50% sets today and fitted them just now. Much better than the standard bulbs and a bargain at 4. Well pleased

Must be honest having just fitted the +50% i don't think they are as good as the Lidl Blue version but they are still way better than the original on headlights but on main beam the +50% have better range

I believe it's not too bad if your hands are smaller than an average four year olds, otherwise......

Re: Upgrade Bulbs

Well got the Lidl Blues fitted yesterday and the difference is amazing compared to the Fiat bulbs, much brighter and a nice crisp light. Getting another set today, for spares.
Only took five minutes tops to fit them

There must be plenty of space in a 1.2? I changed mine today. Have the cuts on my hands to show it it's a real tight squeeze for the right hand side one. Getting the final side of the clip in is a real pain. Just dont get frustrated and take your time

aye there is lots of room in the 1.2's bay.

i presume from when i had a look that iit is behind the large rubber grommet which when removed leaves about a 4"diameter hole. my hand wont fit sadly.

will go and have another look though. thanks.

You dont stick your hand in the hole. Just your fingers... Just look/ feel for the metal clip and push. It will pop off and loosen the bulb. Then just remove the blub...
Thanks Vimto Rolf thanked for this post
