Hi, i jst got my new gp two weeks ago, (been back at garage for repairs TWICE now!!!!!! :bang: ) but apart from tht, i find tht it is quite well.... slugget if everyone knows what i mean. lol. i had a mrk 2 punto before and i feel tht it was nippier. Jst wondering if anyone knows of any kits or tht, i can get to get the most out of the 1.4 :D and if itll affect the warranty ? if any one has any suggestions :) thankies

lol i was meaning its performance lol, i love the way it looks lol :D
but you might be able to help. can i put a after market sub in with the existing h/u?
thanks for the quick reply :D

^ Yes but would you tell them? I mean you only go there for warranty work or a service and (I know I don't have a GSR) but they supposedly only take 10 mins to take off.

How do you swap it if you break down at the side of the road and have to get towed to the garage? Personally it doesnt bother me and i leave mine on whenever it goes in.

While they are on there way take it off and put it in the boot :p

Whats required to take it off and on?

Its different for each car. With mine it would be take off about 4-5 different things that are plugged into it, take off airbox cover, undo jubilee clips, jack up car, take wheel off, undo wheel arch lining and pull GSR out. Now if im doing that at the side of the road stuff that. Then you also have to carry round your standard airbox and again stuff that.

Oh right

Didnt know it was that much stuff to change on a GP.

GSR yes it will invalidate your warrenty technically but depends on what your garage are like really.

err, no it won't, the remap would, but i checked with my dealer, and they were pretty cool with it!!

in fact, they were quite keen on it getting done to see how it sounds!!:D

but when i asked about the remap, got a very quick no!!:(

they were even pretty cool when i mentioned the eibachs!!

errr yes it will. Its technically a change to the standard specifictaion that the manufacturer has not made or approved so therefor it technically invalidates the warrenty.

As i already said it entirely depends on your garage at the end of the day and if you put one on Fiat are well within there right to refuse warrenty work if the fault it is in for is directly caused by the induction kit.
