Styling My plans

Here is what i think i want to do in the next few months.

Can you put them in what you think is "order of importance" as i have to budget and cant buy them all at once. Also feel free to make any suggestions. (they are not in any order of importance at the moment)

Sportline Springs
Tints
Wheel spacers (maybe back only, maybe both)
Cupra Splitter

(maybe, paint top grill black)

Just bought the splitter

Allthough i must say, i held the splitter up to the car and its a completely different shape? its the leon cupra splitter but i though you only had to cut the high bits in the middle down?

You cut the bits down in the middle and then cut into it at either end so you can bend it in.

you have the mjet...it doesn't handle in the first place

nah spacers should be fine mate...may even make it hold the road better because of the slightly wider track?

Would it handle even if i only spacered the back? I think that would look good?.

It handles fine only with one on lol Im looking forward to driving it properly with 2 on lol

by the way, how much do spacers cost, and are they illegal? and will it fail the mot?

I have one rear spacer on at the moment as my locking wheel nut broke so i cant get the other one on. Go look in my members motors thread i put a comparison pic up in there.

Steve spacers arent illegal and wont fail the MOT. The only reason that they could cause to fail the MOT would be if they pushed the wheel outside the arch. I paid £50 delivered for my 20mm hubcentrics which is a bargin tbh.

yeah it would still handle just fine

as Matt says...spacers aren't illegal unless you end up with a really wide track that ends up out side the arch. Just don't spacer them too much that's all
