Cobblers its a FIAT fault, probably a dealer issue or a one off dodgy motor. My GPS has 34000 miles on the clock and is bone dry inside.

GTFO in the nicest possible way.... Get your dealer to sort it and moan / shame them on here then. (y)

tbh...I know people don't rate the FIAT reliablitly but I don't think that flooding is a common problem with these cars tbh...you didn't by any chance drive through a river did you?

As said above...pics would be nice...:)

You could always sell it as a limited edition - Fiat Grande Punto Scuba Edition

it is leaking on the drivers side all over the left door pillar.its flooded from above and all the way down.i have a bit of a suspecion for the windshield because it is exactly above the spot that gets wet first.and additionaly i;ve changed the windshield , about 3 months ago, thus maybe the engineer was a bit of a dip...t..i know i over reacted earlier but you can understand my anger and frustration.:slayer:you what is like to have a car for the past 2 years and never had any problems at all,not even a warning light, and suddenly all the driver side to submer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it broke from a rock in the air.i have a full 5 year warranty.does it cover it?

drivers roof airbag.i don't know how that happen.than again i didn't expect to leak at all.to bad. the more your in love with a car the more disappointed you get.

it was covered by my insurance. i just remembered that i washhed my car 3 times at least after the windscreen was changed.it didn't get any water in.so is it possible that something else has been broken?add that i have the skydome.

This is a typical comment of the kind of person who insults Fiat's and has no idea!!!

I have a friend who drives the new Corsa and had the cheek to take the p*ss out of my GP. Promptly shut up when I told him that his car was joint developed with Fiat!!!

ahhh now were getting so more facts....has you(anyone) checked the skydome drain channels yet? For water to get on the airbag I wouldn't of thought it would come from the windscreen....then again capillary action & all that.

i'ii go to the dealer tomorrow and see what happens.but i don't think that they will sort it out.they couldn't find the annoying creek from my car but instead a young man in here knew.that sorted out well enough.so anyone who has experience in this matter please advice! i trust you in here more than the dealers.

what country are you based in GD Driver i'd hazzard a guess the windscreen isn't sealed properly and needs refitting if you have a friend who is into disco's and has a smoke generating machine stick it in the car and fill it with smoke and look outside as to where it is leaking (worked for me a few times)
