Technical Im due a service in 2k

im due my 36k service in 2k miles, so its only a couple of months away,

Ive been quoted £404+vat is this different from dealer to dealer and can I haggle?


also do the cars feel any different after a service? mine feels sluggish in the morning and chucks a fair bit of smoke out on start up and generally not as tight as when I bought it 15k miles ago,

im looking forward to it though

I don't know what they're on when they set the prices but it must have been something illegal.

I haggled with mine for first year, 18,000 service. Started £250, got them down to a final cost of £120. They gave me lots of figures in between.

So all in all, I would recommend haggling. Tell them you'll go to them for all the services.
