i know i have asked this beforee- i have the black plastic active mirrors on my punto grande
have tried peanut butter, back to black, baby oil etc...
all these are great on the parts of the plastic trim that are black but on the top and front of the mirrors i have bad greyish 'water tidemarks' fading that dont shift with the methods above.
i know a lot of you use bumper gels etc... but will these products work on turning the plastic back to black colour from a grey/white faded look??:bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

Autoglym Bumper Trim is the best for any black trim hands down.

If the water marks are on a painted area then Autoglym Tar Remover followed by some Meguairs Polish and a coating of Tech Wax will bring them up nicely.

So they don't come pre painted. So what happens if someones mirror broke and they needed replacing and under warranty?

Because its obviously a fault in the material, dont need spraying as only happens to black (non-painted) ones.

Im not talking about non painted ones though

I was talking about that refering to colour coded mirrors.

I had this problem on the plastic components of a Renault 21. I would like to recommend bird sh*t. Parts which had been affected by said product seemed to be a much better colour than parts which hadn't. I tried back-to-black, white spirit etc but bird sh*t seemed to have the edge!
