Technical Flashing milage

I'm a right lazy man, and busy at work right now......

I had a completely flat battery about a month ago. Not even the central locking worked. Now my milage is flashing. Could someone point me in the right direction for the problem? Fuse?

Normally flashes when the battery is low. When it gets all its charge back in then it should be ok. If not probably needs to be proxy alligned by fiat.

I had the engine on for about 2hours, maybe more after I was rescued. Long drive home!
