It wont make any difference to noise your imagineing it.

It does make all the difference. But at £60 there is just no point. Sooooooo over priced

must admit I'm not a fan of the Fiat one but the linea one I like. Then again I like proper backboxs that actually makes a noise difference...

I just bought one of these and looking at the instructions, it looks like i have to apply some sort of lubricant to the thread.

did anyone esle apply a lubricant when fitting theirs?

I didn't use the lubricant on the threads. I just covered the threads in waxoyl after so I could get it off again if I needed to.

i was thinking of using loctite 222. does anyone have another suggestions?
