Not sure if this is in the right bit but its didnt come under styling and i dont want it in members motors because i already have a thread there.

That looks really good mate!

I dunno what it is, but those last shots of your car on the road make it look stunning. Looks nice and beasty, it could be because of that smaller black no. plate :chin:

Top job! Also I think maybe get some white bulbs and or HID's (y)

Are the old vintage style number plates (white on black) actually legal?!

I thought you had to have an actual vintage plate to get away with that these days...

EDIT - DVLA:
All vehicles manufactured after 1.1.1973 must display number plates of reflex-reflecting material, white at the front and yellow at the rear, the characters must be black. In addition, the characters on number plates purchased from 1.9.2001 will need to conform to the following specifications...
Which is a shame - as I've always wanted the black plates :(

they are illegal, Even more so when the front plate is a 12 x 3" and the rear is either a 12 1/2 x 3" or a 14 x 3"(cant remember the size i went for) I dont run with them all the time as i cant be bothered with the hassle when im using the car to go to meetings etc.

Outstanding work Matt :worship:

I know of another black GP Sporting that could do with a full detail if you're not busy :p lol

P.S. As I said back at Stanford, love the plates :yum: (y)

Cheers mate, Im not doing it again for a longggggggggg time. It took long enough with 2 of us doing it so with one person i would dread to think lol

And you are probably one of the few people that does actually like the plates lol. Personally i love them and think they are mint. Shame i dont run with them everyday :(

Lovely job m8. Took me all day one day to do my red sporting, then the following day it pissed it down. Sods law I guess. But don't they look stunnin when they are clean.:)
