As the title says my rear screen washer has decided not to work no more. Anyone else has this problem?

Didn't know the rear had a washer?
Standard on UK cars, although its optional on the GP van.
Silly question, but have you checked the level. If anything like the Panda the pump for the rear washer sits higher than the pump for the front, so although front works, rear won't if below a certain level.

Yes, it's totally full.
It'll have a blockage somewhere probably due to the fact I work in a sandstone quarry.

Is it still under warrenty? If so let Fiat sort I would, but if not, airline it out
can you hear the pump operating?
its a process of elimination
can you hear the pump when washing the rear screen?
if so pop the front arch lining out and remove the hose from the pump and try again it should shoot water out..
try blowing down the pipe any resistance? if so it could have a kinked or pinched hose if there is no real resistance (once you have blown what ever fluid out of the pipe i'd pop the rear high level brake light out and check that the hose is still attached to the jet (do you have alot of water/screen wash leaking out of the boot lid?
check the spare wheel well as well for water

Yes I can hear the pump working. Just noticed when I try to wash the rear screen a small amount of spray comes out of the front washer on the left hand side.
No water leaking out of the boot nor is there any water in the spare wheel well.

I'd take the nozzle off and clean it with a pin or airline if you have one, before ripping the carpets up trying to chase the hose.
Had to clean the nozzle on my old metro every 3 months lol:yum:
