Good scene! If they want to sell cars they should do a better job than what they have done to you, over here there have been instances where cars have been replaced altogether just to keep the customer happy. dealer staff should realize that customers pay their salaries and not the boss so they should keep the customer happy
Try to condense you whole story into one or two pages max as they could be busy people and may not have time to read.
Also I would recommend you send it via Courier as I was told that they will realize that it is important upon receipt
After the replacement of the clutch kit in my car, no judder in the gearbox so far, why dont you tell the Aussie guys to replace your clutch kit as well?
