My Blue&Me has mysteriously stopped working. It won't connect. It started out as only an intermitten problem and I thought that maybe it was my phone as it was an old phone and was giving me problems, evetually Blue&Me stopped working. I have since gotten a new phone and it doesn't connect to it either.

Has anyone else come across this?

Mine did the same I disconnected the battery. Worked fine after. Also dont leave an mp3 player or usb stick in the usb port all the time, my dealer told me it fries the electrics.

I'll have to try that and see if it helps. Thanks for the help guys. I never leave an mp3 player in anymore. I use to before but Now I take it out. I take it that if I disconnect the batteries I'll have to pair devices again and input radio code?

No worries! I didnt have to input my radio code, though I did clear all the bluetooth devices and re-connect incase it was anything to do with that.

Here we have the classic Fiat Grande Punto problem known to most dealers: The problem is a device known to Fiat Dealers as the "Clock Spring", located inside the steering wheel. It causes the malfunction of your audio/telephone steering wheel buttons & numerous computer malfunctions - the most common of which is the passenger airbag warning......

Book your car in under warranty pal, while you can.;)

Clockspring has nothing to do with passenger airbag:confused:

Disconnect the blue & me ECU or battery as described above to sort this problem out, this often occurs when too many phones are entered into the system.

Got it going again. I just disconnected the Battery for a few mins and then it was sorted. Don't think it was from too many phones on the system as I only ever used it with one phone when it started going.

Thanks for the help guys.(y)

Hi mates,
I have problem with my blue&me unit too. Problem is it doesnt get diagnostic and no work anymore. On Fiat garage change once in warranty but now I lost the it and they ask to put new one paying myself. Can anyone help me how to fix this unit or place where I can send it? I tried a few places what no one help me.
Thanks a lot ;)

Hi alclot it’s usually best to start a new thread than to revive one from 2008. The people in this thread originally have mostly moved on and problems now have changed due to the age of these cars.

Failing Blue and Me systems seems to be a reoccurring theme these days.
