For some reason my seat makes weird noises sometimes, when my bum moves around it makes like popping/clonking noises. It's when cornering and everying it's just when i move around a bit but it doesn't happen every time?

anyone else have this?

Sounds like a spring busted, maybe the one at the edge of the seat by the door where it gets bounced on as you get in!

My car was in to have new seat rails fitted yesterday as my seat was clonking at the front left corner. It has fixed the problem

Just put the music up and you won't hear it

Its so minor I don't worry about it.

Do you suffer with wind problems? I do & I find that "Windease" solves my problems

Clonking seat!

Hello everyone, very happy with my little 1.2 active so far and have no issues with it, however... .. . sometimes my seat clonks for no reason, it can happen anytime, when i'm getting in and out of the car, braking, accelerating etc.. but when i adjust the height it stops for a while, when i'm cornering it's fine and doesnt make a sound, it's mainly when i do the above, anyone else have this?, is it a fault or is my ass too big!

Hi. My car has just starting doing this as well. It's like a softish clonking every now and again. Got a feeling it's something to do with the height adjustment lever as when thats on the lowest setting theres no noise. It's that or my rather portly 17st frame straining the sports seat.
