Technical Grinding brakes

Hi all

had my gp in at Arnie at Ayr the other day for a few wee jobs. The brakes have been as noisy as hell, grinding/grating noise,which is very loud, since I got the car three weeks ago. Service dept checked brakes and said that the discs were rusty and cleaned them up.

Advised me that if it continued that I should return. Will do so next week as the new trim they fitted on the dash at the heater was warped and continues to sit 3 or 4 mm. Brakes still noisy as hell.

I think that I should ask for the upgraded pads etc to be fitted as seen in other posts etc ??? Car is only six months old.

yah the 'sticky' works

That dash trim is still causing problems....latest is fiat shipping over left hand drive ones insteard of right

Talk to DET there,let him test drive car & authorise pads if required.
