No and if you do decide to take the trim off remember the 10mm bolt on the underside which holds the trim in place or you'll snap it

do it from the top.. no tools needed bar a small driver and a cable tie :) will try to make a guide up but i need to find my digital camera which must have grown legs ;)

right well i just tried it with no luck. I tried the following things.

1. to take the trim off and put something under it to force it up, it looked crap.

2. to force a piece of plastic under the washer as sugguested above, i could not fit anything in under the washer at all, there was not a gap big enough.

Maybe as my car is new i already have the modified washers and they are crap, if not i think i need to order the kit from the delaers as i dont think there is anything i can to to fix it. I might just buy some aftermarket washers and drill them into the trim.

why all the complaints, majority of GP's I work on have no water in washer bottle anyway:rolleyes:

Washer Fluid tank should be bigger than the fuel tank:D

It's tiny on this, I've had cans of coke with held more fluid that the GPS washer bottle.

Considering I could probably squeeze my own body into the vastly empty engine bay in my 1.2 GP, surely making the tank a lil bigger wasnt too much to ask of fiat.

On a dirty, wet day I need to fill my bottle at end of every day. It really is very small, probably smallest I have had in a car. Also on an icy day it never defrosts, must be really exposed to the elements. Really amazes in this day of 'high tech.' that cars are not fitted with some sort of heating element in the washer bottle.

Whaaaat? I fill mine about once a month, if that!! I Had to fill it once a week on my corsa. Perhaps thats cos the one on the corsa actually works, i never use the one on the GP, its about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
