Which road lights does the Bulb failure system work on?

the reason why I'm asking is I washed and 1st paraded the car on Friday prior to driving to North Yorkshire for the bank holiday anyhow to cut a long story short i pulled up on the camp site to be told by a fellow camper i had a headlamp out which i laughed at having checked the lights prior to setting out and had no warning light come on... but no he was right so what lights does this system monitor?? when i got the car i pulled the indicator bulb and the warning lamp came on (not that that was needed on older cars as the indicator used to flash double quick with an indicator out)

so the $100 question what lamps does the bulb failure lamp monitor??? :chin:

i think i had a sidelight die and it told me about it

i thought it monitored them all? i reckon it should have told you mate...

indicators,front side lights,tail lights & number plate.

Not dip/main beam....you should notice these are out however a weekly check of lights is always advised

it was twilight when i arrived so i hadn't noticed it had gone out, but at least I had a spare which surprised the smug git who pointed it out (since changed the other as a pair as it cant be far behind) when you say tail lights does it cover the Brake lights T? ( i know it doesn't cover the small capsule bulbs in the high level light.)

sorry,yes 'all' brake lights & rear fog according to the manual.
