Styling Side repeater removal

How do you get them off!? ive been strugling as i now have some new blue ones but cant get the standard ones off it doesnt seem as simple as just slide them to the side manual says work point A.

i changes myn 4 silver bulbs nd it was easy 2 get em off frm wat i remember, just try a lil harder.......not 2 hard tho cas it is fiat nd stuff has a tendency 2 break pretty easy lol
