Technical Dualogic Gearbox

Currently reading:
Technical Dualogic Gearbox

my duologic which have been replace recently (https://www.fiatforum.com/grande-punto-technical/136319-duologic-problem-again.html) now acting up again

gear crunching when reverse getting more frequent now. they never appear since replacement until now..

:(

I asked a friend who knows about cars about this crunching when selected reverse and he said it's something to do with "sync-mesh" apparently it's not harmful.

I've just started a thread regarding my Dualogic box getting "stuck in gear".

I'm another who didn't get the dualogic manual and my "tour" of the car from the dealer was pretty much, this is the key, this is the ignition, bye! And I've always parked it in N. From what I've read am I right in saying this is what I'm supposed to do:

Park in gear>start the car with foot on brake>put it into N>but it into 1> drive off?

Whoever it was who said Dualogic had no logic was onto something!!

Not quite - put it into N before you start the car.

any one still having the "Gear Not Available" anymore? any solution? i still faced the problem even after repairing the pump motor. and i noticed this always happen when engaging reverse. i give the car a push and all back to normal. some alfa ower also mentioned knocking the box would help. probably the gear stuck causing the motor cannot "pull" the gear.

first of all hello to everyone,

I got a little question to you. I would appreciate it if you can help me solve my problem out. because I really start to hate this car.

here is the thing. I owe a 2005 1.2 panda duologic and I have the massage on the screen 'gearbox fail'. this following problem occured. The engine doesn't work under load. It can start when the gear is 'N'. but when I take it to the '1' gear. If I don't give full gas, the engine stops immediately. even if I give gas, it stops too. the same problem is there by slowing down too. The gear comes from '3' to '2' to '1' and when the car almost stops, the engine stops again.

I am really begging you. I would be very happy if you give me any suggestion to solve it. It seems electronical failure. thank you.
