It certainly is that pal, its that stealthy that you could easily lose it at night in the wrong environment,
.I think it will as well. Even if it doesnt its not like its hard to put it back to standard. Go for it.

i had mine meshed at one point but then decided to stick the old one back in, it does make it look like you have an aftermarket bumper with the mesh in! i do not have any photos though, but i might do it again once i have done a bit more to the car and put some fogs in!
was it a bumper off jobby?
nope i managed to unclip all of the bumper parts without breaking a clip! and then got underneath to stick the bottom bit of mesh in and the top bit was a bit more tricky, but would probably be a good idea to take the bumper off but i wasn't up to that!
just been outside and taken it off. that was easy
i would be careful in the dark! you going to black mesh it then? how easy is it to get the bumper off do you reckon? as i might do the mesh again but do it thoroughly this time?
The bumper is easy to get off, its 10 bolts if i remember correctly. I know i probably dont have to say it but be really careful where you put the bumper when its off because it will mark easily.

no do not try painting it, best to buy black mesh i think. you can get it from halfords if i remember rightly! or you can order it from stxstyling.co.uk
edit: thanks rich il see what i can sort out with the mesh next time, probably wait for the weekend! i can't believe i am going to do it again after changing my mind back to the orginal!

A good spray paint would sort that out i would imagine. I know people that have done this before black mesh became popular and it worked fine as far as im aware.
